POSITION

The Talent Management team within Human Resources is seeking an individual to develop and manage a broad range of talent initiatives. Over the past several years we have designed and executed on a global talent management strategy in support of our business and our clients. To continue the execution of this strategy we need an individual to work within our Americas business as a member of our HR Team, based in Boston. The role will report to the Head of Talent Management & Development to lead the implementation of new projects aimed at enhancing our talent development offerings and improving our talent management processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary responsibilities will include:  

   Design, development and execution of talent development initiatives to support the Americas talent needs of our global business

   Liaison with the EMEA and APAC HR teams, specifically collaborating with the EMEA based Talent Management & Development Manager, to ensure alignment and sharing of best practices for the talent development initiatives across our global business

   Working with the global HR relationship managers and the talent management team to implement our global talent management processes, for example; talent assessment and succession planning, performance management and engagements surveys

   Working with the Head of Talent Management & Development, based in the US, to build and improve our global talent management processes specifically improving our talent analytics capability

   Providing internal coaching to identified teams and individuals

   Working with HR to provide support for key initiatives, for example change leadership, facilitation, team development, diversity & inclusion

   Where required, providing facilitation for teams and delivering assessment training using tools such as MBTI, Hogan and HBDi.
 
QUALIFICATIONS

   Bachelor degree required. Masters preferred

   10 - 12 years of experience working within talent management space with experience in designing and delivering bespoke learning solutions

   Experience of designing and delivering business relevant development programs for target audiences using strong business acumen, instructional design principles and knowledge of adult learning

   Strong experience in project management and consulting methodology

   Executive coaching certification and experience

   Current knowledge of leading edge trends within the field of talent management and organizational effectiveness

   Strong relationship building skills with a proven ability to engage, consult and facilitate senior level audiences in talent development topics

   Ability to negotiate and partner with external vendors

   Proficient written and verbal communication skills, and advanced Microsoft office skills (PowerPoint and Excel).

   Financial service or professional services experience preferred
