The Talent Acquisition Manager will have a dual mandate to lead talent acquisition efforts for the newly created Investment Science platform and to act as a recruiting generalist leading searches across the firm at all levels (excluding Information Technology and Campus Recruiting).  As a key member of Wellington Management's Talent Acquisition team he/she will lead full life cycle searches as well as manage third party vendors including research firms, contingent search firms, and retained search firms.   

As the primary talent acquisition contact for the Investment Science team, the Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting quantitative and data science talent for a range of career levels across the business.  In this capacity, his/her primary goal is to become the Investment Science team's trusted adviser for everything talent acquisition related.  He/she will partner with HR Relationship Managers, other Talent Acquisition Managers, hiring managers, the Diversity and Inclusion team, the Learning and Development team, and the Campus recruiting team to source top talent and provide world class service to internal clients.

In addition, as a recruiting generalist, the ideal candidate will bring deep recruitment and industry expertise to a range of searches across levels and functions.  The ability to quickly learn about new internal client teams will be critical as he/she will lead searches across the breadth of the firm (excluding Information Technology and Campus Recruiting). This will include the following client groups:  investment teams, product management, client-facing teams, Legal & Compliance, Trading Operations, Human Resources, and Finance.
