Sr. Business Resilience Analyst

The Business Resilience Analyst will be responsible for:

  • The global implementation of the Business Continuity Management cycle: Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Incident exercises
  • Assist in the coordination of Incident Command
  • Conduct BIA interviews with senior leadership across the enterprise to update process profiles, impact assessments, and identify dependencies
  • Work with Business managers to develop and improve business continuity plans in an organized, auditable manner
  • Help coordinate annual exercising of business continuity plans and recovery teams
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify gaps between business needs and technology/process recovery capabilities
  • Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into the proper format in order to convey messaging across technical and business domains
  • Foster relationships and develop networking opportunities to gather and disseminate business continuity information
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and champion for business continuity. Partner with colleagues in Workplace Services on required communications
  • Be proactive and handle multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, prioritize and manage numerous independent tasks
  • Document BIA results, BCP procedures, training materials and policies
  • Assist in the production of audit events
  • Respond to RFPs/RFIs for potential client business

  • 5-7 years of progressive Business Continuity/Resilience experience in a large firm
  • Enthusiasm for customer service
  • Ability to quickly learn new topics/subjects and take initiative to conduct research as needed
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Basic database management knowledge
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Fusion
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, is energetic and enjoys working in a team environment
  • Strong organization skills:   Detail-oriented and willing to ask questions so projects are properly and thoroughly completed
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to partner with business and technology groups and convey thoughts in a clear and concise manner
