JOB OVERVIEW
We are currently seeking a strong Senior Systems Analyst to play a key role, deliver solutions to our business partners, solve complex problems, and strive to advance and sustain a world-class platform. This position requires strong analytical skills, with a high attention to detail, and a desire to analyze and solve complex problems. This individual must be a self-starter with the ability to multi-task and work on a variety of assignments with people across the organization. Excellent organization, communication, and delivery skills are required. This individual must be a team player with a desire and willingness to learn.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Interact directly with business partners at all levels of the organization to define, analyze, and document requirements, as well as set priorities

• Act as a champion and trusted advisor for the needs of the business partners

• Develop a strong partnership with the delivery team to ensure on time, scalable, and high-quality business solutions

• Create prototypes; assist with systems and UX/UI design

• Develop a deep understanding of internal systems and related datasets to help with solution design as well as handling support issues

• Ensure quality of product by enforcing high standards in testing and building audit/validation controls

• Act as an escalation point person for support issues that require detailed analysis and management

• Provide regular status reporting and issue tracking

QUALIFICATIONS
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail

• Experience writing requirements, functional specifications, use cases, and test plans

• Change agent, creative, innovative, and focused on continuous improvements

• Self-motivated and willing to work in an energetic, fast paced team environment

• Hands-on knowledge of SQL, or another relational database technology

• Experience documenting/diagramming workflows, such as Visio

• Experience using agile project tracking tools, such as Jira

• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools, such as Tableau

• Experience supporting critical production applications

• A strong team player, with ability to work in collaboration across teams

• Intellectual curiosity and interest to learn independently and from peers

• Strategic mindset
