KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Advisory Resource Management to join our Resource Management organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver “best solution” staffing strategies that help maximize utilization and minimize unassigned time with Engagement Partners and Leads
  • Work directly with Resource Management (RM) Managers to create staffing solutions that follow firm guidelines, and best develop employee career path
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting support covering forecasted utilization, actual utilization, and projected full time employees
  • Communicate and work with teams toward chargeability goals, support team staffing meetings
  • Support other Advisory teams with Resource metrics (Human Resources and Recruiting) and help RM coordinate with teams on hiring strategies

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of resource management, agency recruiting for Finance /Accounting, or client service delivery experience
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel (i.e. pivot tables), and Outlook
