Job Opportunity Sr. Analyst, Board Administration Sr. Analyst, Board Administration -1904934 Description [POSITION SUMMARY] The Sr. Analyst, Board Administration supports the Senior Board Administrator, Corporate Secretary and Chief Legal Officer in handling all administrative matters relating to supporting the Company's Board of Directors. S/he manages board and committee meetings, including the coordination and distribution of materials to the Directors. The incumbent assists with meeting schedules and logistics, processing invoices and expense reimbursements, and corporate record keeping. Other responsibilities include supporting, and assisting with all logistical arrangements for, all Board and Board Committee meetings and events, including scheduling meetings, coordinating venues and processing invoices.[RESPONSIBILITY STATEMENTS]Assists the Corporate Secretary and Board Administrator with the coordination and distribution of Board materials in hard copy and through the Board portal.,Assists with record keeping for the Board and Corporate Secretary/Director of Corporate Governance.,Provides consistent high quality service to both internal and external constituents that meets or exceeds the Company's standards. Qualifications [EDUCATION] Associate's Degree; [WORK EXPERIENCE] 3-5 years; Experience of an expertise in dealing with boards and committees responsible for complex financial, operational and management issues [SKILLS AND ABILITIES] Ability to work independently on matters within the purview of the position.,Accurate and concise minutes, prepare action sheets after meetings and track actions taken.,Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to deal with sometimes demanding individuals and competing priorities.,Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in order to meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Board portal systems (ex. Diligent) is a plus.,Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and Adobe Writer.,Strong administration skills and an excellent standard of English to proof read text for inaccuracies,Strong organizational skills and attention to detail/accuracy are required. [PHYSICAL DEMANDS] Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing, and walking.
