Who we are looking for
Client Relationship Manager that assists with the coordination and management of an enterprise wide approach to strategic and complex clients within the AIS Client Relationship Management Program. The
role presents an opportunity to engage with senior executives both internally and at industry leading Alternative asset managers to help shape and drive State Street's strategy in servicing key longstanding relationships.

As part of the remit, the AIS Client Relationship Manager will cultivate a deep understanding of the client's
business and the services provided by State Street, with the objective of optimizing client satisfaction,
ensuring that the client experiences a best of breed service at State Street.

SSGS gives asset owners and managers access to the essential financial tools they need to deliver effective investment solutions. From core custody, accounting, fund administration and shareholder recordkeeping, to complete operations solutions and servicing for alternative assets like OTC derivatives, Private equity, Infrastructure and Real estate, SSGS' tools help our clients make better investment choices and act on growth opportunities.

What you will be responsible for
As an AIS Client Relationship Manager you will
  • Strengthen and deepen relationships with our clients. Deliver constant monitoring of the client's perception of the quality of our services, partner with business leads to maintain strong focus on client service and requirements.
  • Manages assigned client(s) to development of new business and / or products while retaining existing revenue streams.
  • Supports the preparation of account plans and delivers business overviews to internal stakeholders for assigned client(s) to include but not limited to pipeline, trending, and year over year analysis.
  • Maintains all relevant data for their assigned accounts in SF360 CRM including but not limited to account information, contacts, opportunities, meetings, current providers insights, and campaigns.
  • Drives cohesive coordination of State Street Services to the client between client delivery, product groups, regional teams, sales staff and the client to deliver our solutions to the client
  • Serves as an escalation point for critical service issues or roadblocks. Shepherds issues through to resolution.
  • Ensures client onboarding for new assets and/or risk management activities are conducted
  • with a high degree of client satisfaction.
  • Coordinates cross divisional/site efforts as needed.
  • Supports pursuit of new business opportunities.

  • Knowledge of client lifecycle engagement from contracting, onboarding and BAU

  • Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • 4 year college degree - accounting, finance, business administration preferred
  • Superior interpersonal, written and verbal skills
  • 5+ years professional experience in the Alternative Investment industry
  • Project Management Experience is a plus

  • Additional requirements
    Ability to travel up to 15%
