The AVP, Program Manager will initially support development of a new Advisor Affiliation model, transitioning to a lead role focused on channel deployment.

The Program Manager will contribute to the development of the new channel by leading external market research efforts, collaborating with LPL functional areas to design the initial offering, and working with each area of the Business Development team to deploy a recruiting model for LPL Employee Affiliation Advisors.

Strong knowledge and breadth of experience in financial services with background across both W2 and 1099 advisor models will help this candidate initiate and execute program initiatives.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a strong desire to help build a new business, and a proven track record of working in collaborative, high-performing teams.

Specific Responsibilities include:

  • Lead market research efforts focused on Advisor Channel capabilities
  • Collaborate with relevant functional teams to define, develop and deploy new channel capabilities
  • Develop process and policies required to develop, deploy and manage multiple office properties across the country
  • Support development of market message, sales content and collateral
  • Develop and deploy ongoing reporting for key success metrics that support overall new store sales growth and profitability
  • Establish ongoing framework to assess evolving advisor needs and drive continuous improvement of the channel operating model


  • Bachelors Degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office product suite
  • Proven ability to independently and efficiently manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to translate research findings into business insights and to communicate them in a way that is clear, meaningful and actionable for senior management
  • Experience collaborating with and leading individuals across functional areas
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including demonstrated ability to establish productive relationships and interact effectively with business partners at all levels
