Basic Purpose:

Assist the Operations team with the credit administration document process and pre/post-trade functions. Provide administrative support to the Front Office Operations, Portfolio Managers and Analysts of the Bank Loan Group.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the daily management of the groups credit and legal documents as well as the electronic archival process.
  • Aid in preparation of deal closing calendar, which integrates with the funds cash forecasting.
  • Serve as the primary contact with various custodian banks, sub-advised clients and agent banks.
  • Provide administrative support to Co-Directors and the team, including submitting expense reports, greeting guests, managing correspondence, and answering the telephones.
  • Coordinate meetings and maintain schedules through Microsoft Outlook for Portfolio Managers and the investment team.
  • Organize travel arrangements for Portfolio Managers and Analysts.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree, preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
  • Must have strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous document administration experience is a plus.
  • Must be a team player and have strong organizational skills.
  • Computer skills: Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
