Mortgage Post Closing Manager
Mortgage Post Closing Manager oversees a team of Post-Closing Specialists. Manager will lead, manage and monitor progress of the Post-Closing team. Manager will resolve complicated post-closing matters. Manager will create and oversee a document management program and manage third-party document storage vendor and custodian. Encompass experience is strongly preferred.
Primary Responsibilities: - Oversee, lead and manage a team of Post-Closing Specialists
- Expedite the clearing and curing of loan document deficiencies
- Resolve complex post-closing matters, including addressing unresponsive settlement agents and/or title insurance companies
- Recommend and implement improvements to the post-closing process
- Create a document management program
- Oversee document storage vendor and custodian
- Lead and manage various projects, as assigned, either individually or as a team
- Monitor and prepare required daily, weekly, and monthly reports for tracking purposes
- Ideal candidate will have post closing settlement agent and/or title experience
Qualifications Bachelors degree preferred. 7 plus years of technical and management experience preferred. Experience in the securities or financial services industry a plus. Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
