Mortgage Operations Servicing Lead
The Mortgage Operations Servicing Manageroversees a dedicated Mortgage Servicing Team which supports BNY Mellon's WealthManagement group. The Manager will oversee all mortgage servicingfunctions, including partnering with internal stakeholders and managingexternal vendors. In addition, the Manager will provide monitoring,analytics and reporting, while improving operational processes. The Managerwill provide guidance on resolving moderate to complex Client issues based on asolid understanding of the mortgage industry. Manager must also possessexceptional communication skills in managing Client, Advisor and Mortgage Bankerexpectations. Manager is responsible to supervise, review, train anddevelop a high performing, results oriented Servicing Team. Qualifications
Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 5-7 years of total work experience is preferred. Experience in brokerage processing is preferred.
