    Responsibilities

    This position is responsible for maintaining operational soundness and compliance with policies, procedures and State/Federal regulation by providing guidance to banking offices and internal business partners, preparing management reports, maintaining current policies and procedures, conducting compliance monitoring reviews, and participating in current projects to improve efficiency.  This position requires a team player with strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to collect and analyze information from multiple sources. 

    • Lead compliance and training meetings
    • Develop and maintain internal operating procedures, forms and logs
    • Contribute to testing and implementation of application upgrades
    • Compile, analyze, and organize data and information from the core processing system and various databases to produce scheduled and ad hoc management reports.
    • Process system access requests for sales and teller systems
    • Manage Deposit Management intranet content
    • Recommend and implement process improvements
    • Key contributor to various project teams
    • All other duties as required
    Qualifications
    • 5+ years experience in financial services
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
    • Strong analytical skills and close attention to detail
    • Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, to all levels of responsibility
    • Knowledge of Fiserv Signature or comparable bank core processing system
    • Familiarity with state and federal banking regulations
    • Supervisory and project experience a plus
