Implementation Analyst, State Street Global Advisors, Assistant Vice President

This role supports the OCIO Portfolio Implementation team at State Street Global Advisors. An implementation analyst will be responsible for assisting in effectuating all transactions for OCIO clients.

This position is located in Boston, MA and may require occasional travel. The role requires the person to be a team player with strong communication/analytical/collaborative skills, willingness to be measured on performance, and a desire to help build and grow a business.
Responsibilities and expectations:

Help manage client cash flows by executing portfolio transactions
Assist in portfolio analysis to consider appropriate position sizing and risk budgeting given client risk tolerance and current positioning
Work to perform analysis to construct and implement custom LDI portfolios
Contribute to the market positioning process to provide input on market conditions and appropriate portfolio tilting, positioning, and risk management decisions
Assist in oversight of positions in client portfolios to ensure maximum value creation
Communicate with internal and external investment teams to manage incoming and outgoing cash flows
Work closely with the OCIO Investment Group to support the planning, execution, and follow-up of all OCIO decision-making panels

Position Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the investment banking or investment management industry, preferably with experience in portfolio trading, portfolio management, or operations
Experience across asset classes and/or with derivatives preferred
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, detail oriented
Able to manage and prioritize multiple projects
Strong communication skills
Able to develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and external parties
Thrives in business building environment with changing priorities
Effective team player with positive attitude

Salary Range:
$100,000 - $160,000 Annual
