Head of Enterprise Collateral Management
Enterprise Collateral Management is a business unit within State Street Global Markets ("SSGM") that offers collateral solutions and capabilities to flexibly support client needs. The product suite includes end-to-end collateral management, administration and servicing, analytics and optimization, and transformation.

SSGM seeks an executive to lead the Enterprise Collateral Management organization globally. This individual will report directly to the Head of Funding and Collateral Transformation, work closely with the SSGM senior leadership team, and work collaboratively with cross-business and cross-organizational support functions (e.g., Onboarding, Operations, Technology, Legal, Risk, Compliance). Responsibilities

Drives the execution of the Firm's collateral management strategy, achieving revenue and expense targets for the collateral management product
• Designs and implements a global, scalable service model and technology solution
• Delivers highly valued solutions to clients, ensuring comprehensive and consistent delivery of services as their needs evolve
• Works closely with other senior executives to execute business unit strategy, product and geographic expansion efforts
• Represents State Street in key industry forums relating to collateral management
• Develops strategic relationships with key client contacts and ensures State Street is viewed as an integral, long-term partner
• Fosters a culture that encourages innovation, supported by an appropriate risk framework
• Effectively develops and motivates a high caliber team Qualifications and Experience

The Head of Enterprise Collateral Management is a key position and requires senior leadership and advanced skills in areas such as:
• Creative, outcome-driven influencer with demonstrated leadership and talent development capabilitiesDemonstrated ability to achieve strategic business and financial performance results
• Proven skillset in translation of industry / client themes and trends into actionable strategy, partnering effectively with a wide range of internal and external constituents
• Comprehensive knowledge of market dynamics and regulatory landscape, including Uncleared Margin Rules
• Extensive collateral management experience required, with preference for those with a background in tri-party services
• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required; advanced/graduate degree preferred
• 12-15 years of financial services experience preferred
