The Expertise We're Looking For

  • BS/BA Degree, Master's Degree preferred
  • 10 plus years of progressive experience in broad-based compensation including compensation strategy, design, and administration
  • Experience serving as a strategic compensation consultant

The Purpose of Your Role

As the Head of Compensation for Corporate Services you will be a key partner to leaders within our Corporate Service Functions including areas such as HR, Finance, Accounting, Real Estate and Legal. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, integrating and delivering strategic compensation programs for the corporate services functions. Additionally, you will be managing a small team of compensation professionals.

  • Defining and developing the compensation strategy for our corporate services function
  • Understanding and staying abreast of trends in compensation to ensure we are delivering market competitive pay.
  • Ensuring compensation programs attract, engage and retain talent
  • Leveraging current industry trends and broader best practices to enhance compensation plans
  • Partnering with the business, HR Leadership Team members and HR Business Partners to develop relevant, integrated and simple compensation programs
  • Overall responsibility for end to end compensation activities such as annual compensation cycle and executive offers
