The Executive Assistant will provide administrative and program support to the COO Group which provides business management across the firm's investment platform. This role will focus on support of the Corporate Access & Research Services functions; additional responsibilities of the Office of the COO include Sustainability/ESG Operations, Early Career Investor Development, and Business Management, along with various strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, multi-tasking skills and excellent attention to detail along with outstanding service-orientation and mature judgment. They will be a team player with a strong work ethic and the capacity to prioritize in a deadline-driven environment. This individual will be strongly integrated into the team's daily operations including, but not limited to regularly participating in team meetings, providing suggestions for efficiencies, and being a team ambassador for the CARS team to other Executive Assistants and Administrative Assistants at the firm.

The Executive Assistant will manage the overall daily support needs of the team, as follows:

• Complex and proactive calendar management across time zones in a global team

• Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings or events and work with a global team

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote & PowerPoint) with an ability and desire to learn new technology to drive efficiencies

• Willingness to learn, use and help develop internal systems that help the function (e.g. CorpAxe)

• Schedule domestic and international travel arrangements

• Maintain various types of confidential information

• Perform diligent telephone coverage

• Handle daily mail, filing systems, expense tracking and reporting

• Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with multiple internal and external constituencies

• Provide cross-coverage and back-up support to other Administrative/Executive Assistants

• Assist with ad hoc project work, as required, within immediate team and broader COO Group functions
• Minimum of 3 years' experience within an administrative role in a professional services organization

• Experience in the investment management industry will be viewed favorably

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, plus high level of reliability, professionalism, and discretion

• Strong service orientation and proactive problem-solving skills

• Curiosity to develop professionally and learn all aspects of the department in the role

• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization abilities

• Fastidious detail orientation and overall work quality

• Ability to work under deadlines and to accommodate last-minutes changes

• Positive, can-do attitude; flexibility; sense of humor

• Undergraduate degree with strong academic credentials
