OVERVIEW Client Reporting Services within the InvesTech OperationsGroup has an open position for a Consultant Reporting Analyst supporting Consultant Reporting withinthe Questionnaires Team. Client Reporting Services as a whole is responsible for providing materials and expertise that best help grow and service our business.The Questionnaires Team is responsible for the development of high-quality RFPs (Requests for Proposals), RFIs (Requests for Information), DDQs (Due Diligence Questionnaires), consultant database updates, and other ad hoc questionnaires/deliverables that 1) assist in the procurement of new business; 2) meet the complex reporting requirements of current clients; and 3) accurately, clearly, and articulately describe the firm and its investment solutions. The Consultant Reporting Analyst role is specifically dedicated to management of consultant database updates and consultant reporting on behalf of clients as described in the responsibilities below.
RESPONSIBILITIES

The Consultant Reporting Analyst is responsible for the oversight and maintenance of firm and product information in consultant databases and consultant reporting requested on behalf of clients. The analyst will develop expertise in processes and systems and generalist knowledge of the firm and investment approaches. The analyst will work in a team setting but may be specialized and assigned sole ownership of consultant reporting relationships and/or deliverables. Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

• Managing and contributing accurate, timely, and critical Wellington Management information on proprietary consultant databases and commercial data vendors, working with product and client groups to ensure appropriate strategy population, content, and data requests are met for each database

• Monitoring and assisting with data aggregation to support the team's overall database reporting processes, and developing recommendations for timely resolution of data issues where needed

• Completing consultant driven RFPs (Requests for Proposals) that come through databases

• Collaborating with product experts for production and review of consultant requests and database updates

• Working with internal partners to prioritize work and meet deadlines

• Establishing external relationships with database contacts and responding to ad-hoc requests from consultants

• Participation in projects and discussions related to best practices and enhancing the workflows of the team

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will have

• A bachelor's degree

• A keen interest in investments

• Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant professional experience.

• Excellent quantitative skills,

• Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills are required, as well as a solid work ethic, maturity, professionalism and a positive attitude.

• Independent self-starter, a team player, and able to work on multiple assignments and complete high-quality work against strict and competing deadlines that are dictated by prospects, consultants, and clients.

• The position requires extensive use of internal and external systems and databases, proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel(comfort with pivot tables and vlookup functions considered a plus), and familiarity with Qvidian and Salesforce will be viewed favorably. •

• Prior work in the investment management industry, familiarity with marketing materials, client reporting, and/or consultant databases, though this experience is not strictly required
