POSITION

The Global Compensation Team is looking for a Compensation Reporting & Systems Analyst to assist with compensation reporting projects, Workday administration of the compensation module and compensation review cycles. Reporting to the Manager, Compensation Reporting & Analysis, this role requires strong attention to detail, communication skills, and technical skills, particularly Workday report writing and Advanced Compensation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Workday reporting and system subject-matter expert for the Global Compensation team and for compensation reporting deliverables broadly; work with team members to prioritize and plan Workday enhancements and reporting projects

• Lead the planning, coordination, and administration of the compensation review process(es) in Workday. Activities include merit plan reviews, report writing and testing, dashboard and grid configuration design and testing; creating and testing participation rules and validations; HR training facilitation; assist with preparation of committee reporting, as needed

• Develop compensation reports, tools, and dashboards to support the current and future needs of the Global Compensation Team and related specialty compensation teams (ie. incentive comp, partner comp, etc.), HR Relationship Managers, Compensation Committees, and senior leadership teams

• Assist with headcount reporting deliverables and tracking; prepare resource and cost related reports for committee meetings and monthly reporting; respond to ad hoc report and cost estimation requests; assist with development, implementation and ongoing support of a new headcount tracking tool

• Coordinate and oversee Workday enhancement projects; responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements; development, coordination, and execution of coordination/executing test scripts, developing process documentation, facilitating training and release coordination

• Develop an understanding of Wellington's Workday security framework related to compensation data and perform regular audits

• Oversee Workday semi-annual releases for the compensation module: perform report and regression testing, review release notes to understand new features and potential business process impact; recommend areas for improvement through process redesign and/or available Workday features

• Foster relationships and engagement across the Workday support team(s) at Wellington and the broader Workday Community

• Performs other duties as needed in support of the Global Compensation Team's and the department's goals

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience with Workday HCM; strong report writing experience required, including Worksheets; Advanced Compensation preferred

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail; willingness and ability to make recommendations and exercise initiative

• Highly self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Experience managing or coordinating projects

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and proven data analysis and presentation experience

• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, a plus

• Appreciation for confidentiality and demonstrated discretion

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
