Job Description:

  • Act as operational day to day contact in client facing role.
  • Responsible for the day to day interaction and successful relationship with Client Service Operations & other business units.
  • Ensures client issues are satisfactorily resolved by responding to and/or escalating as appropriate.
  • Lead/collaborate with others to drive success of team/department/organization
  • Proactively share and promote new ideas to support process improvements and changes to team processes
  • Deliver training and coaching to all staff
  • Under moderate supervision, responsible for supporting the management of client relationships.
  • Facilitates communication between Client Service Operations & other business units to ensure an effective operating environment.
  • Identify and resolve work-processing issues. Make suggestions to streamline operations.
  • Responsible for supporting AVPs or VPs in managing client relationships. Responsible for a variety of activities in support of client relationships.
  • Communication skills are a must ability to collaborate and lead colleagues at all levels.

  • Work collaboratively with teams and management across the company on various projects, oversight, committees, KPIs, etc.
  • Perform other duties as required

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree required.
  • Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience, preferably in financial services industry.
  • Strong customer service, communication, organizational and problem solving skills.
  • Must be able to prioritize activities and work well under pressure.
  • Must possess leadership and management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office in particular Excel, Word & Outlook
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
