Client Processing Manager
Mortgage Processing Manager will manage and lead a team of twelve (12+) resources. Manager is responsible to ensure the compliance, quality, data integrity and completeness of the team's processing files through the loan lifecycle into Closing. Manager must be familiar with jumbo mortgage, high-net worth, ultra-high net worth, self-employed, pledge, and entity lending. Manager will provide reporting, maintain procedures and monitor controls. Encompass experience is strongly preferred.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Oversee, lead and manage a large processing team
  • Measure team performance and calibrate Processor pipelines
  • Resolve complex processing issues
  • Recommend and implement improvements to the process
  • Lead and manage various projects, as assigned, either individually or as a team
  • Monitor and prepare required daily, weekly, and monthly reports for tracking purposes
  • Solid understanding of TRID, REG B, REG C and any state-specific requirements for Disclosure delivery and timing of those deliveries
  • Ideal candidate will have mortgage operations and/or processing experience
  • Encompass experience, leading high performance teams, and have in depth understanding on Federal and State Regulations


Qualifications

Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 4-5 years of total work experience is preferred with at least 0-1 years in management. Experience in brokerage processing is preferred. Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
