WalterScott is looking for a Client Manager Associate. Responsibilities include:

Purpose:


  • Facilitatethe relationship between Walter Scott and its clients by providing first class service

  • Ensurethat the dissemination of all client information through accurate and up todate logging in Salesforce.

  • Supportthe Head of Client Service North America and Head of Client Management with informationflows that come through the Client Management team.


Responsibilities:


  • Aspart of the client management and working closely with the Client InvestmentManagers (CIM), acting as a principal Walter Scott internal and externalcontact for all segregated client related queries

  • Workwith the Boston based CIMs to develop a strategy for the segregated andcommingled business and its subsequent rollout and monitoring

  • Facilitatethe sharing of key client information across Walter Scott through the use ofchatter, RAG status reports, and assisting with the accurate and timelyupdating of briefing notes

  • Actas primary contact for clients' day to day queries, coordinating with internalteams to ensure client needs are manageable and met in a timely manner

  • Contributeto the planning of client trips, identifying key meetings and securing allclients receive the appropriate level of service

  • Whenrequired, assist in the management of relevant prospect activity including thecoordination of RFPs and overseeing the competition of any general queries

  • Ensureall correspondence with clients are dealt with appropriately and in a timelymanner, and filed electronically in accordance with Walter Scott filing andSalesforce procedures

  • Recordmanagement for clients, including updating and maintaining Salesforce records,and all folders within the client drives.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor'sdegree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

  • 5-7years of total work experience preferred. Experience in client services within financial services preferred.
