State Street is seeking a Vice President-level Business Analyst in the Recovery and Resolution Planning (RRP) Shared Services team. Recovery and resolution planning is required by regulators in the U.S. and internationally; as a result, the RRP Office interacts with a broad range of stakeholders in business areas and corporate functions across State Streets organization
The role includes a broad range of activities as part of the RRP Office in close coordination with various stakeholders in business areas and corporate functions across State Streets organization, with the objective to effectively document the required recovery and resolution plan filings. In addition, this position involves providing presentations to executive management on plan updates and key decisions, as well as preparing time-sensitive responses to regulator inquiries.
In order to be effective in this positon, the incumbent must have the ability to manage competing priorities, while bringing a thoughtful approach and sense of urgency to project plan deliverables. Key attributes toward success include commitment to the team, an owners mindset, strong analytical skills, and effective writing and presentation skills.
