The US Financial Intermediary Group (US FIG) seeks an Administrative Assistant (AA) to support the relationship management efforts of the firm's largest mutual fund clients. The Administrative Assistant plays an integral part of our client-facing efforts within the Client Group, providing dedicated support to a number of relationship managers and other professionals. The AA also works closely with other assistants in the group and on their team to meet the needs of the business. This position works with the US FIG team on a day-to-day basis but is also part of the Client Platform's broader administrative team, reporting directly to the Business Manager for the Client Platform.

Specific responsibilities include:
  • Meeting coordination including Outlook meeting requests, conference room booking, security clearance, catering
  • Proactive calendar management
  • Database maintenance in Salesforce
  • Expense reimbursement
  • Travel coordination including itinerary, transportation, hotel
  • Assistance with preparation and distribution of monthly and quarterly client reporting materials
  • Presentation preparation and distributing materials
  • Diligent coverage of email
  • Assistance with a variety of department and team projects
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong service orientation; reliable, consistent, proactive
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment, prioritizing effectively
  • Attention to detail and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Solid work ethic and positive attitude
  • Ability to use good business judgment and maintain confidentiality
