NEPC is seeking to fill administrative assistant positions in our Boston and Chicago offices. The role is supporting eight or more Consultants and Partners on our Research team. The role will consist of investment manager communication, creating and updating data-based reports and presentations, posting and coordinating research deliverables for clients and the NEPC website, and working with spreadsheets. This person is also responsible for the ongoing maintenance of investment manager data in our research management system; coordinating and scheduling travel and meetings; copying, assembling, and monitoring the compilation of meeting materials; print and graphic support; and various mailings. You will also coordinate team meetings, including set up of conference space, ordering and organizing catering and other meeting needs as required. You will also organize and process expenses for each consultant supported within Concur. Administrative Assistants also act as back up for the Receptionist.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, strong communication skills, ability to solve problems independently and professional attitude required. Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills and Concur travel and expense reporting experience is encouraged. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, but also a team player. Bachelor’s degree and/or related administrative experience required. Must be a team player and be detail oriented, and able to prioritize workload.
