Production Packer

Erlanger, KY

Pay:

• 2nd Shift: $18.75/hour
• 3rd Shift: $19.00/hour

Available Shifts:

• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM-10:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday | 10:00 PM-6:30 AM (includes 2 mandatory weekends)

Position Summary

We are seeking dependable Production Packers to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Erlanger, KY. This position is responsible for assembling, inspecting, and supplying corrugated boxes to support efficient packaging operations while maintaining the highest standards of quality, food safety, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Assemble corrugated boxes according to production specifications.
• Inspect boxes for quality, proper labeling, and structural integrity.
• Supply finished boxes to packaging lines in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with GMP standards.
• Follow all safety, food safety, and quality procedures.
• Report damaged materials, equipment issues, or safety concerns to supervision.
• Assist with packaging, production, and sanitation duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently bend, reach, twist, and stoop.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Must comply with GMP requirements, PPE, hygiene, and food safety standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, packaging, or production experience.
• Experience in a food or ingredient manufacturing environment is preferred.

Working Conditions

• Manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, odors, and temperature variations.
• Required PPE includes safety shoes, hair/beard nets, hearing protection, eye protection, lab coats, and bump caps.
• Repetitive work requiring attention to detail, consistency, and reliability.
