The Mobile Device Support Analyst is responsible for understanding, supporting, and maintaining Grant Thornton’s mobile device ecosystem of providers, devices, policies, and systems. Additionally, the analyst will support internal processes as part of the overall service delivery and support efforts to meet evolving business needs.
Represent Operations and provide subject matter expertise for mobile devices
Administer enterprise mobile device agreements
Process/request new lines of service (cell phones and hotspots)
Move/port personal lines of service to the Grant Thornton corporate account
Provide regular spend and metrics reporting for managed and unmanaged mobile devices
Change rate plans and features (international calling while in US and International Services while travel out of the US) as appropriate
Work with service providers (AT&T and Verizon) to resolve customer issues
Process device upgrades for customers
Cancel/deactivate/release lines of service as appropriate
Maintain/Manage the mobile device database by adding/removing users and devices
Review lines to make sure customers are on the best available plans based on usage
Provide oversight and maintenance for catalog of supported mobile devices and providers
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Experience and working knowledge of mobile device technologies, features, capabilities
Enterprise mobile agreement administration experience
Solid analytical skills, experience solving practical issues and engaging cross functional teams
Ability to successfully communicate with business partners, management, vendors and technical teams
Strong customer service skills
