JOB SUMMARY:
The Field Operations and Compliance Director provides leadership and management oversight for units within Field Operations that support the background investigation process for all agents and their staff (licensed and non-licensed); the appointment of licensed agents and staff and the onboarding of newly appointed agents. A key responsibility for the Director is the development, oversight and execution of policies and procedures designed to ensure agent/agency compliance with company policies and procedures. This highly visible position requires regular interaction with field and home office leadership and the ability to effectively communicate with various levels of the organization. The Director will interact regularly with the vendors that support our appointment and background investigation processes.
