Key Role:
Support agency portfolio management and prioritization through governance, data transformation, and data modeling. Perform software assessments and provide activities related to the administration of computerized databases. Project long-range requirements for portfolio planning and data models and designs in conjunction with other managers in the information systems function. Conduct quality control and auditing of databases to ensure accurate and appropriate use of data. Advise users on access to various databases. Leverage expertise to design, implement, and maintain complex databases with respect to JCL, access methods, access time, device allocation, validation checks, organization, protection and security, documentation, and statistical methods to support capability-based portfolio management. Perform database programming and support systems design.
