This position resides in the Citi Retail Services Risk Management responsible for more than $10B Franchise Retail Credit Card Portfolio. This individual will be part of Advanced Analytics team supporting both Collection and Commercial. We are seeking for a right candidate to apply past experience and knowledge in a creative manner. He / She will work in a cross-functional environment with internal business partners such as Finance, Operational Teams, Legal/Compliance and Partner Management. This role requires several years of credit risk management experience, strong statistical and analytical skills and technical SAS skills.  The successful candidate will be able to drive rigorous analytically derived results.

Key Responsibilities & Collaborative Points
•           Responsible for designing, establishing and executing reports and performance analyses
•           Responsible for predictive analytics to optimize strategies, policies and processes
•           Support enhancements to systems and infrastructure
•           Work closely with Collection and Commercial policy teams to identify, establish and manage data sources that are available or emerging
•           Immediate key projects will include, in conjunction with Operations, support the design and delivery of Collections Contact Utility and the development of a Big Data management capability 
•          Collaborate closely with Collections & Commercial Credit Operations, Fair Lending, Legal, Compliance,   Technology and other functional areas 


  • Bachelor's degree required, in Statistics, Mathematics or Economics (Masters in these degrees a plus).
  • 2~3 years' experience in financial, statistics, or other analytical capacity (Can be offset by level of education).
  • Demonstrated experience in Risk & Data Management.
  • Strong quantitative and pragmatic problem solver skills.
  • Proficient SAS/SQL programming skills and advanced spreadsheet skills. Knowledge and experience of segmentation skills. 
  • Strong interpersonal, communication (verbal, written) and influencing skills.
