The Creative Writer Sr. Associate is a self-assured, collaborative, creative-oriented, problem-solver and jack of all trades who gets just as excited about writing Instagram captions as you do display ads, web headlines and maybe even the occasional voiceover script.
You will support the Head of Creative to dramatically push the envelope of the brand voice, putting a real human behind it and have a passion for understanding insights that drive audiences to engage.
Write compelling and strategic short form (social posts and ads, display ads, etc.) and long-form copy (web, video scripts, etc.) for the firm
Collaborate, brainstorm, and ideate with the strategy, content, digital and creative teams on larger campaigns, brand initiatives, digital content, print, web, and experiential
Partner with creatives and strategists to bring concepts to life and see them all the way through execution
Partner with appropriate channel stakeholders to ensure copy performs to its best across different mediums
Generate ideas and copy on quick turnarounds (24 hours or less)
Cultivate, understand and consistently deliver on our unique brand voice and tone
Proofread and edit 3rd party copy as needed
Proven ability to create copy for a variety of audiences and brands
Demonstrated body of work across multiple mediums, with emphasis on advertising and digital media
Experience writing both short form and long form copy, preferably in an agency setting
Experience working with professional service brands, especially in audit, tax and advisory space, golf writing experience a plus
Ability to show 360 fully integrated work - from concept all the way through execution
Exceptional interpersonal skills; communicates well with all levels of management; comfortable advising and coaching colleagues in the firm and with agency partners
Ability to move projects forward with minimal oversight
