LoopNet is the undisputed leading platform for marketing commercial real estate online with nearly 9M unique visitors a month and 18x the traffic of the next closest CRE marketplace.  The National Sales team at LoopNet leads the company’s efforts to acquire, maintain and expand relationships & advertising revenue with large, multi-location clients and prospects in the ownership & brokerage areas of commercial real estate.  As a National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing specific sales strategies and goals for each of these assigned accounts with the objective of growing revenue and delivering exceptional service to our key clients at every organizational level.

The National Sales Manager will report to the Director of National Accounts and will strategically align with LoopNet Regional Sales Directors & Sales Executive to ensure that client’s needs are met, and our account goals are being achieved.  Internal communication and collaboration are vital parts of the role of National Sales Manager.


  • Play a leading role in promoting and building professional relationships among our key clients and prospects across the country by focusing on the Asset Manager and C-Suite level within assigned accounts. 
  • Proactively leads strategic account planning process that develops account objectives & revenue targets on annual basis.
  • Coordinates the involvement of Sales Executives/Regional Directors for local client service, & support in order to meet account goals and customers’ needs.
  • Constantly seek, share and implement best practices to sales counterparts.
  • Perform at or above LoopNet stated goals, aggressively growing brand loyalty, achieving net new revenue goals
  • Be a tireless, high-energy professional with an entrepreneurial, risk-taking flair and will possess a brand of confidence.


  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Five or more years of client facing experience within the Commercial Real Estate industry, plus five years of outside sales and account management strongly preferred. 
  • Three or more years of selling into large national accounts at the C-level
  • Proven track record exceeding sales targets and quotas in a consultative sales environment


  • Experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry selling to owners, investors, brokers
  • Ability to analyze data, build-out reporting and make strategic recommendations based on data and trends
  • Success in building long-term relationships and business partnerships with clients at high levels
  • Effective internal relationship building skills (superiors, peers, teams, company-wide) and externally (sales channels, customers, etc.)
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations at a high growth company
