This is an exciting new role that is responsible for developing and selling the complete line of equipment to a new segment market, Life Sciences. The role will have full reach of the Americas, and will be supported by Proposal Engineers and the E&T Customer Service team. This role will take their direction from the Head of Equipment Sales for the Americas and will be responsible and accountable for the items outlined below.

Essential functions of role: 

To professionally execute the items listed below including but not limited to: 

  • End user calls 
  • National account calls and leads direction 
  • Key accounts calls and leads direction 
  • Audit and Executive Summary as needed 
  • Presentations on equipment for both plant and Headquarter calls 
  • Quote generation 
  • Audit Presentations to customers as needed 
  • Economic Justification reports 
  • Take part in negotiations of customer purchase and national agreements 
  • Liaison to National Account Managers providing equipment/prospect tracking 
  •  Must learn all the equipment offerings for their specific segment 


Position qualifications: 


  • Bachelor’s degree required 



  • 5 plus years of industrial equipment sales experience 
  • Life Science experience, Pharmaceuticals/Nutraceuticals 
  • Proven selling capabilities, including large capital equipment projects; understands the importance of consultative and value-added selling 
  • In depth knowledge of significant segment of Signode’s commercial equipment lines and applications 
  • Strong written and verbal communication 
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, Share Point) 
  • Experience with CRM system a plus
