Digital Finance, a business unit within CCBD, is comprised of the firm's digitally-led consumer businesses, which include the Marcus deposits and lending businesses, as well as the personal financial management app, Clarity Money. Digital Finance combines the strength and heritage of a 148-year-old financial institution with the agility and entrepreneurial spirit of a tech start-up. Through the use of machine learning and intuitive design, we provide customers with powerful tools that are grounded in value, transparency and simplicity to help them make smarter decisions about their money.

In your role as an analyst on the Acquisition Marketing team, you will support the team associates and VP on all campaigns across digital channels such as online video, paid search and SEO to name a few.
You will analyze the performance of these campaigns and provide reporting to optimize on those channels moving forward.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the Deposits Marketing campaigns across all channels, launching new channels and improving overall organic search results
  • Support the team in maintaining SEO and Paid Search vendor partnerships
  • Provide marketing analytics for campaigns and evaluate the insights to share with the team
  • Analyze the performance of marketing programs to recommend changes to drive optimal performance to meet CPA or deposit goals
  • Work collaboratively and cross-functionally across teams to ensure marketing team deliverables are met
  • Provide insights into KPIs for the campaign and platforms to ensure we are meeting growth and efficiency targets
Your Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • 1-3 years of experience working on digital marketing campaigns
  • Experience with multiple different verticals of media, including but not limited to SEO and Paid Search
  • Experience analyzing and reporting on KPIs for digital marketing channels
  • Experience working with vendors and supporting vendor relationships
  • Strong analytical skills, ideally web analytics
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel (macros, pivot tables, VBA, etc.), Access and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in SPSS, R, SQL and Tableau beneficial but not necessary
