Responsibilities: Manage and deliver transfer pricing services utilizing knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), U.S. transfer pricing regulations, and international transfer pricing environments. Prepare and analyze financial and economic data for tax and regulatory compliance purposes. Employ guidance from the OECD’s Base Erosion & Profit Shifting (BEPS) initiative in transfer pricing planning, documentation, and defense. Design the scope of work for tax engagements, assume responsibility for quality control and accuracy of client deliverables, and manage risk. Monitor technical transfer pricing developments and correspond with clients regarding their application to federal and international tax issues. Advise clients from diverse industries on transfer pricing issues relating to tangible goods, intangibles, services, loans, and other transactions.
WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00am – 5:00pm)
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Accounting or a related field from an accredited college/university plus five (5) years of experience in the offered position or a related occupation. Employer will accept a master’s degree or foreign equivalent plus two (2) years of experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree plus five years of experience. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable. Up to 10% travel to various locations per business need. Two years of experience must include: Employing guidance from the OECD’s Base Erosion & Profit Shifting (BEPS) initiative in transfer pricing planning, documentation, and defense; employing Base Erosion & Profit Shifting (BEPS) activities from transfer pricing planning through defense; preparing and analyzing financial and economic data for tax and regulatory compliance purposes; using IRC Sec. 482 and OECD Guidelines to develop and test intercompany pricing for tangible goods, services, intellectual property, and loans; analyzing historical and forecasted P&L and balance sheet data; using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and SharePoint to analyze data and summarize findings; and advising clients on international transfer pricing developments and impact on their businesses.
