We have an exciting and immediate opening for a Consultant, Project Manager in Omnium IT PMO group. This role will serve as the Sr. Project Manager and coordinator on large and complex projects across the Omnium program along with Confluence Administration. Must operate independently and provide leadership in comprehensive and extensive project management support. Works directly with business and technology partners at all levels within the organization to identify and plan multiple business system, technical project and deployment activities. Also works with development, infrastructure teams to plan and manage projects. Major Duties: • Manages large project(s) or multiple small projects, with medium to high level of complexity and risk. • Provide transparency throughout the HFS organization, as well as additional NT internal and external stakeholders. • Designs a plan for a newly initiated complex project. Identifies the stakeholders, creates project charters, and assesses the level of risk, assumptions and constraints. • Develops plans and activities to implement the defined scope. Identifies and schedules project activities, manages the budget, creates the project team and assigns the roles and responsibilities. • Works closely with IT and Infrastructure managers. • Manages project activities that are large in scope, involve cross-functional teams, and are technical in nature. • Operates independently and is a strong multi-tasker able to manage multiple project streams simultaneously. • Works as a trusted liaison for internal business partners, IT teams and vendor. Technical skills: • In-depth knowledge and experience in Project Management or Project Consultation with willingness to learn execution related skills. • Must be an expert in multi-tasking. • Must be comfortable adjusting to fluid scenarios that may or may not impact critical milestones. • Must have excellent communication skills (both written and oral) to consult with project stakeholders and management regarding status of the project. • Must have communications background, including: content requirements gathering and strategic planning, design, development, translation for international audiences, and quality control. Experience with various communications channels, including print, digital/social, and interactive eLearning. Outstanding staff leadership, interpersonal, and project management skills. Creative and analytical, able to leverage technology to achieve Communication goals due to strong tech background. Budget savvy. • Knowledge Management background with knowledge capture/development/promotion, Knowledge repositories, Service Desk content development/maintenance, RFP (proposal) responses, eLearning modules and assessments. Conducts as needed reporting or data gathering to generate site specific presentation decks relevant to Location Strategy and migration activity. • Able to provide consultation and strong leadership to peers and others. • Requires strong negotiation and conflict management skills. • Must be able to oversee multiple projects of varying lengths and complexity. • Working knowledge of Service-Now is a plus • Team player • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in MSOffice (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel) / Content Management (SharePoint, FrameMaker, BitBucket, SourceTree, Git, OnBase, SDL Trisoft, ClearCase) / Web & Wiki (Confluence, Interwoven, DreamWeaver) / Learning Management (Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, Captivate) / Knowledge Base (CA Unicenter Knowledge Base) / Online Help (MadCap Flare, RoboHELP) / Content Design (Adobe InDesign) / DITA XML (XMetaL, oXygen) / Project Management (MS Project),
