We are looking for motivated and talented students who want to help us solve some of the most complex Identity and Access Management (IAM) challenges within the financial services industry. We are focused on designing, building and deploying customer focused solutions with passion and precision. Potential work could include development on the IAM team's platforms, automating operational tasks, working with datasets to build useful dashboards and learning the protocols the team uses on a daily basis.
CME Group Global Information Security interns will gain an unparalleled experience in learning the process and people behind the technologies that run the business focusing on integrated risk management.  Interns will have the opportunity to work with a variety of divisions, departments and projects that directly impact the daily business.

Interns can participate in several core roles, including:
  • Helping to implement and support highly automated, reliable and available IAM solutions
  • Delivering IAM systems which elevate security and compliance for in-house developed and commercial off-the-shelf applications
  • Using data to create visualizations that will help drive decision making

Minimum qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree
  • Studying computer science, cyber security, risk management or related field
  • Experience with Excel, Visio, Word
  • Java development experience
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and troubleshooting skills
  • A passion for learning

Bonus qualifications:
  • Development experience in one or more of the following technologies: Java, C#, Perl, Unix Shell Scripting, SQL, CSS, HTML
  • Previous technical experience
  • Familiarity of general IT architecture infrastructure: Unix/Windows, networking devices, database, application servers, virtualization, basic networking configuration
  • Experience with federated identity protocols (i.e. oauth 2.0)
