Client Service Specialist
Job Description

Jensen & Associates, a Private Wealth Advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial, is hiring a Client Service Specialist to join our team. Our mission is to partner with clients in a long-term, trusted financial advisory relationship; deliver objective and tailored financial advice; and, bring our clients the peace of mind that comes from having a plan to achieve financial freedom. A Client Service Specialist with our practice will consistently follow high standards of professional ethics and will adhere to regulatory and internal compliance requirements to operate in our clients' best interest.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain consistent and regular client contact to grow and deepen existing client relationships and provide a referable experience
  • Interact with clients on ad-hoc requests
  • Implement Ameriprise technology enhancements to bring our collaborative goal-based advice to all clients
  • Compose e-mails, meeting agendas, follow-up meeting documentation, summary letters, and more
  • Prepare visual aids, charts, graphs, tables and other visual aids
  • Evaluate and document client's objectives, risk profile, time horizon and investment preferences
  • Accurately document and record client updates and client preferences to comply with Know Your Client requirements
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with our internal, and external, teams
  • Partner across the organization to deliver world-class service and ensure continuous process improvements
  • Seeks the expertise of internal specialists for developing and enhancing your knowledge
  • Perform other duties as assigned, or as you deem necessary to grow and perform


Required Qualifications

Qualifications (preferred):
  • Bachelor's Degree
Pay and Benefits:
  • Salary and/or commission will be determined completive with industry standards based on job duties and previous work experience
  • Bonus eligible
