Job Summary & Responsibilities:
  • Work with senior business leaders and Director of Talent Acquisition to create and execute strategy for all investment banking US MBA and undergraduate hires including overseeing on-campus recruiting efforts, as well as off campus and referral and virtual processes
  • Oversee school calendars by staying in tune to industry trends and applicable events
  • Build relationships with campuses and student groups to develop, manage, and monitor campus outreach programs including post-internship awareness campaigns and off-cycle touch-points with relevant campuses to elevate Blair's recognition and influence with potential candidates
  • Work closely with individual campus recruiting teams to enhance consistency in the messaging and approach to recruiting
  • Manage and analyze recruiting data to identify trends to continuously improve candidate targeting and conversion
  • Execute on Talent, Diversity, and Inclusion strategy by managing the LIFT Pre-MBA program, maintaining relationships with Diverse Professional Organizations, and creating new diversity recruiting strategies
  • Manage final round interview process from invitation through conversion of offers
  • Oversee summer internship program by creating a fulfilling summer for interns and managing feedback and offer process
  • Execute additional recruiting programs as needed, such as case competition, sell weekend, school socials, and diversity events


Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of previous recruiting experience at a professional services firm required, including campus recruiting experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Works effectively under limited supervision
  • Proficient with Microsoft office products
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Results-oriented individual who thrives on challenge, growth and change in a highly entrepreneurial environment
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and proven team player
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willing to travel to schools or other offices, as needed
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills
  • Ability to interact with professionals at all levels, both internally and externally
