The key responsibilities of the role include:Under general supervision (but does work independently some of the time) responsible for facilitating asset transitions through coordination with prior/successor institutions, various operational teams (MF, Alts, Derivatives, VR/UVRS, NF, RE, Tax) and sometime with the client to onboard / distribute securities. The team also performs asset reconciliation, obtains and delivers tax cost and provides statues to the front office and VR/UVRS throughout the event and at times directly to client. Facilitate activities required to validate documentation and transition assets. Interact with internal partner groups, external parties or with the clients to provide resolution to client issues and requests. Responsible for identifying and resolving more complex problems within established guidelines. Carries out activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact. May have direct interaction with committees and/or Senior Management. Able to serve as a subject matter expert to other more junior level employees. More technically sound in area of expertise and may have a broader knowledge of other areas. Delivers a work product that requires less revision. 9. Able to facilitate discussions and reach decisions
