This position will be the Workday Integrations leader for a dynamic HR team to support Cboe Global Markets, Inc. in downtown Chicago. The Analyst is a multi-faceted role that will lead all design, configuration, technical development, testing, and support/maintenance efforts of existing integrations architecture and with implementation of new integrations for Workday HCM and third-party vendors/internal business applications. A major focus the role will involve working closely with HR/Finance team members and Cboe IT Infrastructure teams to identify opportunities for automation via data feeds to eliminate manual processes.
Responsibilities
Develop, configure, and test technical integrations using Workday Studio Developer, Workday RaaS Integrations, Enterprise Interface Building (EIB), Workday Complex Calculated Fields, Web Services, Workday Custom Reports, Web Services, XSLT, and xPath
Serve as internal integrations SME for internal/external stakeholders
Establish and implement technical integration project management processes and methodologies to ensure that projects are delivered to scope, on time and within budget
Manage JIRA support queue for all integration-related tickets and provide on-call support for production issues
Analyze new Workday releases against the existing Workday integrations, make changes as needed and regression test all integrations. Scope and Implement new release features as needed
Create and maintain documentation of business processes and Integration specifications
Ensure data integrity through regular data validations, correcting and organizing data as needed
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
3+ years supporting Workday HCM integrations
3+ years of experience with development of integration technologies, including Web Services (REST and SOAP), XML, XSLT, and BIRT
Knowledge of various cloud technologies like EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformation and Workday Studio
Strong expertise of workflows and data requirements for processes across HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Absence Management and Compensation and identify opportunities for automation and optimization
Ability to effectively balance multiple projects and deliverables within expected timeframes and deadlines
Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
