This position reports to Performance Management Team (PMT), Operations within Private Wealth Management (PWM).

The Sales Incentive Enablement Analyst will provide operations support, specifically for incentives, to assigned Lines of Business within PWM. Based on Functional Incentive Plans (FIPs), the Analyst will drive incentive payments, processes and practices . Desired outcomes include on-time and accurate incentive payments, process improvements that enable teammates, increased efficiencies, quality procedure development, procedure compliance and risk mitigation. The Analyst will work collaboratively with the Design and Consulting team (architects of the FIPs), another arm of PMT. In addition, the position requires the ability to manage competing priorities while problem-solving with a cadre of support partners including Consumer Data Office (CDO), Sales Administration and Client Support Services (SACSS), Strategic Finance Office (SFO), Human Resources, Total Rewards, Compliance, Legal, Risk. Must fit in with a strong culture of evidence capture and storage. The Analyst will contribute to the execution of annual discretionary allocations, data adjustments, research and exception processes surrounding FIP awards, and will be responsible for complex analysis comparing incentive expenses to sales and performance results.

Knowledge, Education, Certifications :
• Basic knowledge of PC skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and VISIO
Experience :
• 0-2 years of business experience
Skills & Abilities :
• Ability to engage teammates collaboratively to achieve results, to obtain diverse views and drive optimal solutions
• Ability to demonstrate progressive skills in completed staff work---including such activities as reviewing, interpreting, organizing and reporting data or other business information
• Demonstrated ability to show initiative and exercise judgment, persuasion and negotiation skills, with coaching, to resolve problems
• Exceptional application of quality control measures to mitigate errors and omissions
• Basic proficiency in change management and project management including ability to effectively track and report issues and progress
• Interpersonal skills that lead to building and strengthening partnerships
• Analytical ability, with guidance, to gather data and perform analysis to identify opportunities for improvement, recommend improvements, and deliver those improvements
• Written and oral communication skills. Able to explain changes effectively to teammates and/or leadership, both written and verbal including ability to explain complex processes or designs
• Able to manage own and team priorities, with guidance, and focus work on the most critical or value-added solutions
