Job Description:

The HR Platforms & Reporting Infrastructure team is responsible for the HR technology infrastructure that supports the Firm’s Talent Agenda and all activities related to the employee life cycle.

This is a global role that will entail working closely with all HR Platforms & Reporting Infrastructure team members and stakeholders from across HR and the wider-organization to design and build reporting solutions that support and enhance HR services, support business needs and enable BlackRock’s strategic priorities.

To be successful in this role, strong problem solving, communication, attention to detail and analytical skills are essential. Prior experience working with HR data and systems such as Oracle, Taleo, SAP or Workday is preferred.

We are seeking a high energy, self-motivated individual excited to work in a fluid, fast-paced environment based in our Atlanta, GA office. Given the collaborative culture at BlackRock, this person should feel comfortable working with teams and engaging across functional areas.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with HR stakeholders and business leaders to understand reporting requirements, design and develop dashboards, reports, presentations and visual aids used to educate, inform and influence stakeholder decisions
  • Integrate data from multiple systems and databases to develop reports and analytics on headcount, organizational performance metrics, and other key performance indicators
  • Develop and enhance Workday reports including Headcount, Recruiting, Talent Practices and Business Process analysis
  • Develop and write queries to analyze data, perform trend analysis and identify data discrepancies
  • Run reconciliations to ensure data integrity in systems implementations and analytics projects
  • Deliver business critical reports with a high degree of customer service
  • Resolve data and reporting challenges, including interpretation and quality
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of HR cycles by participating in projects, testing and UAT activities, training and deployment activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-5 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Must have prior experience working with HR reporting and analytics
  • Strong analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Experience in data consolidation and creating detailed reports, charts and tables
  • Strong problem solving skills, including the ability to effectively address any issue in collaboration with others as appropriate
  • Ability to proactively anticipate problems and opportunities and confidence to use initiative to pursue solutions
  • Extensive knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Workday report development is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage complex work within tight deadlines
