The Foundations and Endowments (F&E) Advisory Center Account Specialist will have primary responsibility in delivering client service and administration for Trust and investment advisory relationships with not-for-profit institutional organizations and Private Foundations. The Account Specialist will support one or more Advisor Center Client Managers in serving the daily administration needs of assigned client relationships. Administration includes indirect (phone/email) client contact and activities include, but are not limited to, account openings and closings, cash processing, reporting, account maintenance, Reg 9, AML and KYC responsibilities. The Account Specialist may also interact with a variety of external vendors as it relates to client relationship administration. Qualifications Position Requirements:
Positive "can do" attitude and ability to work well within an Advisory Center environment in serving F&E clients. Needs to have a keen sense of and attention to detail and problem solving skills. A minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrated success in client management working within a Trust and investment advisory framework. Any experience serving not-for-profit institutional clients is a plus.
Preferred: Undergraduate degree in economics, business, finance, accounting or other business related field.
