-10 years of experience as a military service member, civilian, or contractor working in the strategic and operational planning domains Army Strategist (FA59) or other Joint Service equivalent strategist, National Security Council Policy Coordination Committee, Institute for Defense Analyses, or intelligence community analyst
-5 years of experience as an interagency or military senior leader
-3 years of experience with the range of regulations, legislation, policies, and directives pertaining to strategic planning
-3 years of experience with the various command entities involved in the overall planning and execution of operations and activities
-3 years of experience with employing operational design to conduct operating environmental analysis and end states development
-MA or MS degree
