Plan and manage programs to meet product delivery, quality, and cost goals on consulting engagements. Act as project team leader, review user and technical requirements, identify tasks, assign and coordinate resources, and create and track project schedules. Ensure clear communication and timely resolution of issues and work on advanced complex technical projects and business issues requiring state of the art technical knowledge. Serve as an advanced consultant and leverage capability knowledge to excel at client delivery. Take a leadership role in generating intellectual capital and develop competency in project and financial management and participate in managing teams and formulating business strategy. Provide advice, insights, and experience concerning international operations support to the client and participate in strategic planning. Support the functional subject matter experts (SMEs) in maintaining timely and accurate global awareness and assisting in the integration of persistent and networked (PN) operations capabilities and organization into plans, operations, crisis response to critical events, and capability development and readiness events across the enterprise.
-15 years of experience with military forces operations and partner nation development at O6-command, Theater Military Operations Command, or NATO HQ level as a senior qualified military operations officer
-3 years of experience with coalition special operations partners in a multinational HQ
-1 year of experience in combat or operations as part of a multinational special operation
-1 year of experience as a security assistance officer (SAO)
-Top Secret clearance
-MA or MS degree
-Completion of a military planning course
