Part Time Sales Territory Administrator

Working as part of a team supporting multiple Sr. Advisor Consultants while partnering with the Advisor Consultant, the primary objective is to assist the Sr. AC's in achieving sales objectives -for their defined sales territory-through strategically planned outbound calls and emails to create, fill and maintain the Sr. AC's schedule. Utilize in-depth knowledge of Franklin Templeton Investments (FTI) processes and resources in order to provide the highest level of sales support to the territory team members for effective coverage to the broker/dealer community within the designated territories.

Responsibilities include:

  • Proactively plan and organize business promotional activities such as client appreciation events (i.e. golf, dinner, theatre, etc.) and cluster meetings on behalf of your team. Coordinate event planning with venues, Spokesperson travel and Portfolio Manager travel with Sr. ACs
  • Maintains or tracks territory (gift) budget(s)
  • Enters meeting and conference notes in sales tracking systems for teams
  • Places and tracks literature orders and gift orders sent to advisors through corporate fulfillment centers
  • Compiles and analyzes information and reports, relevant to department projects. Anticipating needs/opportunities of assigned Sr. ACs when generating reports is an important component of this function, thus contributing to sales success
  • Places and tracks literature orders and gift orders sent to advisors through corporate fulfillment centers
  • Documenting and tracking activities in SMART and through designated reports/logs is required
  • Adaptable to change and last minute needs of the department, AC's, SAC's, and Management team
  • Anticipates customer and team members' needs with a primary focus on protecting the client experience


Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years administrative experience in a professional environment
  • Advanced MS Office skills:
    • Word: Forms, Mail Merge, Index and Tables
    • Excel: Forms, Formulas, Functions, Pivot Tables, Graphs
    • PowerPoint: Graphics, Animation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills; ability to organize and maintain accurate, orderly files and records
  • Strong attention to detail; ability to accurately proofread documents
  • Strong customer service skills
