This a new team of 5 compliance analysts we are building supported by a much larger corporate risk and compliance department. The team works closely with other lines of business and with outside clients involved with loan servicing. What you will be doing:
The persons hired for this potion will monitor and test procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. He or she will participate in tending and creating compliance presentations to a line of business as well as to clients. He or she will assign and monitor regulatory training. He or she will monitor and update process and procedural documentation to comply with regulatory changes and as requested by clients.
What you bring:
- Review and update procedures.
- Assign and monitor regulatory courses.
- Monitor and test operational processes and procedures for compliance with federal and state laws as well as for client requirements.
- Participate in trending and reporting results
- Research and respond to written consumer inquiries
