Assist in the development, testing, maintaining, and delivering of training programs and related materials in support of products and procedures for a Navy clients technical training school. Establish and review course content and objectives. Liaison with Navy commands regarding the progress of international students and coordinate their follow-on training.
-Experience as a US Navy Sensor Operator with 1,000+ flight hours or with DoD aviation
-Ability to maintain instructor staffing and track and report student training progress
-AA or AS degree and U.S. Navy Class 2 Training or 10 years of experience in sensor operations and training or BA or BS degree and U.S. Navy Class 3 Training with 8 years of experience in sensor operations and training
-Completion of U.S. Navy Instructor Under Training Course, Military Instructor Training Course, and Crew Resource Management Training
-Experience training International students.
-Experience with curriculum development
-Knowledge of U.S. Navy Sensor Operator training pipeline, including Aircrew and Rescue Swimmer schools
-Ability to use basic office technology, including Microsoft Office suite
-U.S. Military Master Training Specialist (MTS) Certification
