Provide IT project management, budget analysis, and procurement support. Assist with fiscal year financial planning, tracking, and procurements. Perform project management (PM) and requirements management functions in accordance with industry best practices. Assist a large project team responsible for the development, implementation, and sustainment of new IT systems, including monitoring and communicating project progress against established milestones to ensure an execution schedule is maintained. Perform the day-to-day management support of assigned projects that involve teams of analysts, network engineers, software developers, and other project management professionals collectively involved in analyzing, designing, integrating, training, testing, documenting, implementing, and maintaining complex IT systems during their life cycle. Apply project management expertise in collaboration with other team members to develop requirements, identify tasking, manage progress, recognize and report issues representing schedule risk, provide suggestions to improve project execution, and complete project deliverables on behalf of government staff.

-BA or BS degree
-Experience with DON applications, including DPAS, FASTDATA, Remedy ITSM, NAV-ITAS, DADMS, Serena, and Altiris
-Security+ or ITIL Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI)
