KPMG is currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our Delivery Center. This position will start in February, 2021.

Responsibilities:

• Learn and apply tax compliance process standards from initiation through completion
• Facilitate tax data gathering and document management for preparation of basic to intermediate tax return filings and deliverables
• Analyze and process the tax and financial data received using one or more of KPMG's proprietary tax technology tools to produce tax compliance client deliverables
• Management of multiple processes, contributors and aspects of a project to deliver a completed work product within a defined timeline
• Work with a team utilizing effective communication skills to achieve common goals that contribute to quality client service while building and developing relationships across a multi-disciplinary team
• Participate in periodic training and professional development

Qualifications:

• Minimum one year of relevant experience
• High School diploma or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel required
• Understanding of annual US and state tax return compliance requirements preferred
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and work ethic
• Ability to manage time and multiple assignments in order to meet or exceed expectations in a deadline driven environment
